RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Bonzer sunnies. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below to ensure your return qualifies. Returns are subject to a $10 shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return/Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Once approved, items must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of return approval

Items must be in original condition

Items must be returned with the original case, packaging, and all included components

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a full refund
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a partial refund or store credit at Bonzer’s discretion.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please log in to your Account using the email or Shop login associated with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 2-3 business days.
